Pursuant to Article 27 of the Act of May 30, 2014, on consumer rights, the Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of receiving the product without giving any reason.
The Buyer, when returning goods, is obliged to send to the seller an unambiguous statement of withdrawal from the contract containing: information about withdrawal from the contract, order number, date of placing the order, name, surname, and address of the Consumer to the email address: hello@audiohygge.com, and to send the goods back by parcel with the note RETURN to the address: Kompanii AK Goplana 3/20, 02-495 Warsaw.
The goods returned by the consumer should be undamaged. The goods must be in their original packaging.
In the event of withdrawal from the contract under the terms set out in §4 point 1 of the Regulations, both the Seller and the Buyer are obliged to return everything they received from the other party under the concluded contract.
The costs of returning the product are borne by the Consumer.
In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the Seller will refund all payments to the Consumer no later than 14 working days from the date of receiving the returned goods.
The refund will be made using the same payment methods as those used by the Consumer in the original transaction, unless the Consumer explicitly agrees to another solution.
With the Seller's consent, the Consumer may exchange the product for another within 14 days from the date of receiving the product.

The right of withdrawal from the contract does not apply to the Consumer in the case of:
The provision of a non-prefabricated product, manufactured according to the consumer's specifications or serving to satisfy individualized needs.
Orders for non-standard products at the special request of an individual client.
Destruction, damage to the product, or if it bears clear signs of use by the Consumer.
